The HomeOwnership Center is a department within Central Vermont Community Land Trust (CVCLT), a non-profit community organization.

The office is located in downtown Barre at 107 N. Main Street:
2nd floor — Main Offices & Orientation/Workshop Training Area
3rd floor — The HomeOwnership Center & Real Estate Development

Normal business hours are Monday — Friday:
CVCLT— 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
HOC — 8:00 am - 4 pm
